While designing for the ‘Apply’ mobile app, user engagement was our topmost priority. Creating an interactive, naukri-like, swipe-able job search application is something that can engage youth at a higher level. And perhaps, this is the reason why we built a mobile job portal for the job seekers in a way that keep coming for more.

User profile-login as company
A company can register itself on the portal to search the deserving and most suitable candidates. When any user logs in as a company, some details such as company name, number of employees,industry and other information are required to be verified.
When the verification is done, the company or recruiter can post job requirements from the recruiter portal or interface. As a user, the HR or company’s representative can manage the hiring or searching for the right candidate for the job opening.

User profile-login as a job seeker
A student or job seeker can get the credentials to log in from the admin of his/her respective college. After the student gets logged in, he/she has to create his/her profile and has to upload the resume. Job seekers can also search for job openings by using filters.
User profile-login as a college admin
A college can use this portal for organising campus placements in the college. A college admin can post the pre-placement talks or seminars organised by the companies. He can also post the job openings and the skills required for that opening on behalf of a particular company. He can also post any events that are going to be organised in the college campus.
