Trancis is happy to announce that we have developed an application which involves the user to book a trip to transfer the material/consignment from one location to another with the help of the app. While the website is made for the tracking and payment purpose.
This project involves a high hierarchical order to make the flow of the material transfer from one place to another in a very systematic and safe to gain the full satisfaction of the user.As the hierarchical order will be Admin, Operator, Driver & User. So, there are two apps will be made one for users and one for driver. While two panel will be made one for operator and one for the admin.
Dockets: These are the items that a shipper wants to send to a different location. They can add a new request for their package.

Challenges

Earlier the user faced difficulties in finding a trusted carrier that can ship or carry their dockets or packages. Another challenge faced by our team was to develop system that whenever driver press end or start trip system would ask for OTP, after entering OTP system would open a camera screen which would be used to click the picture of the material.

Solution

Our proficient developers solved all the challenges one by one. Our solution includes two level verification for a carrier which ensures the security. We also integrated net banking as well as cash on delivery payments.

Driver’s app

Payment: All the expenses are covered under this panel, various expenses are categorised,and driver have to choose one. Driver can see his total earnings and also driver gets to know about vehicle and its profile whichever is attached to his profile.Data of all the trips done can be seen date wise. THS(Trip hire sheet): Various material which is in the vehicle with its details like material wise e-waybill can be seen, while driving it would minimise .Whenever driver press end or start trip system would ask for OTP, after entering OTP system would open a camera screen which would be used to click the picture of the material.

Admin Panel

Admin can update docket status to make a docket status in case if there is a fault, and material is showing delivered (status can be: undelivered, delivered, out for delivery, partially delivered and can also update payment mode to give permission to change payment mode even when the material is in transhipment.
